Mr. Zahnow has over 20 years of experience in the capital markets.  His background ranges from starting companies as an entrepreneur to analyzing companies as a hedge fund manager.  Mr. Zahnow has experience in corporate governance as a board member of a publicly traded company as a result of a PIPE transaction which he was the lead investor.
